Glen V. Cutrona, A.I.A. received his Bachelor’s degree from New York Institute of Technology at Old Westbury, New York. He is a licensed Architect in New York and New Jersey, a member of the American Institute of Architects and certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Mr. Cutrona has over 25 years of experience within the architectural community, working for major architectural/engineering firms as a project manager and as a principal. Mr. Cutrona’s responsibilities have included all phases of the architectural design process, with an emphasis on programming, design development, contract documents, bid negotiations, construction cost estimating and construction administration. Representative assignments include services for public agencies, municipalities, corporations, private entities, and governmental agencies. He has managed and supervised project teams from planning through construction on many projects and has acted as liaison between various agencies and their users.
From 1980 through 1986, Mr. Cutrona was a project manager for Michael Lynn & Associates responsible for all phases of the architectural design process including programming, design development, contract documents, construction cost estimating, bid negotiations and construction administration. Additional responsibilities included client contact, presentations and selection of materials and furnishings.
In 1986, Mr. Cutrona founded G.V. Cutrona Design, Inc. The firm specialized in new, renovation, and rehabilitation of residential and commercial buildings. The firm also designed residential, commercial, retail and corporate interiors.
In 1989, Mr. Cutrona joined forces with John DiPietro to form Cutrona • DiPietro Architects. As a result of their diverse experience and knowledge, the firm provided clients with the highest quality service thereby assuring an aesthetically pleasing and architecturally accurate end product.
In 1992, Mr. Cutrona established Glen V. Cutrona Associates, an award winning architectural firm which engages in the practice of architecture, interior design, and space planning.
