My business career of the last 30 years has been dedicated to successfully developing, managing, and partnering a group of highly regarded restaurants and catering facilities located in the NY and NJ.

As a successful entrepreneur, I have been directly responsible for the development & implementation of systems and processes (including finance, accounting, human resources, inventory controls, facility maintenance, capital improvements, strategic marketing, and leadership training). These processes and leadership skills were effectively transferred to the next generation of leaders.

I was inspired by my father who built his own electrical contracting business. Working with him, I learned the valuable lessons of vision, passion, compassion and striving for excellence; those characteristics followed me through my academic journey and pursuit of a civil engineering degree. That education together with my past 30 years of hands on experience has given me a profoundly unique perspective towards leadership and business excellence.
